I have the snow day blues!!! AHH!!! I just want out of the house soooo bad!! Tomorrow church is cancelled and I haven't seen any other faces besides those of my family in wayyyy too long! I am totally one hundred percent NOT a home-body. I need socialization!
In my boredom(sp) I did spend some quiet time with the Lord. We are doing a Bible study at church on the book Jonah. It's a color coding Bible study which is something that I haven't done before but am enjoying it! I think I have read Jonah 1-3 about 12 times now! haha. Something I learned from the Bible study is that you can't run from God. Not that I have been doing this on purpse. I just think that so many times God has His arms out to me just wanting me to come to Him, and I just go, ya know, I got this. Which is really stupid of me, but whatever. I realized that I just need to run into His arms and just let Him take care of me. He knows what's better for my life so much more than I could ever imagine.
Also, Jonah 3:10 struck out to me which is
When God saw their deeds, that they turned away from their wicked ways, then God relented concerning the calamity which He has declared e would bring upon them. And He did not do it.
Not that I have done anything REALLY bad, on purpose or not, all sin is equal in the eyes of our Heavenly Father, and if we just turn away from our sin, HE WILL RELENT!! ugh..this makes me feel so unworthy, which we are by the way. Anywho, just a little insight to my Bible study :)
Now I am back to being BORED on this snowy yucky saturday with no hope of fellowshipping with my church family in the morning. But when 2 or more are gathered in His name, He is there. I will keep that in mind for tomorrow morning! :)

Skype
So skype is quite honestly the coolest thing EVER!! I am currently skyping with Dan, Loren, Derick, and Jordan. We have so much fun!! This will be our last skype before Jordan leaves us :(!! Skype is seriously so fun..if you don't have it, you should get it!!

Well this is my farewell blog to Jordan!! I will miss you girly!! You are going to have so much fun and learn so much while you are studying abroad!! We will skype all the time!! I pray that God will be with you on your trip and keep you protected so you can come back to us in one piece!! We love you!!

Weather..
Well it's snowing/raining/freezing outside. I'm wondering if we will have school tomorrow. We already havent had school Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. I guess we will just have to see.
I went to work today to do a little work just in case we do have school tomorrow. Now I'm watching the People's Choice Awards. Taylor Lautner was just on there, and I realize that I am a 20 year old woman, but GOLLY he is ridiculously good looking!!! Now if only I get to see Robert Pattinson that would make my night!! :)

Break
Okay so Christmas break has been super fun!! I love spending time with my family and friends!! But this is day 2 of snow days right after break. So that means that we have had 12 days off. Nice, but I am starting to want to go back to work! I miss my kiddos!!
Over break we had our Christmas at my house. It must have been a "shoe" Christmas this year because thats mostly what any of us got! I got four pair, my sister got two or three, and my gram got a pair!! BUT we did also celebrate the real reason for Christmas which is the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Without Him we would be nothing.
Then we had our New Years Eve Lock-In. I think I am getting to old for lock-ins. I was SOO tired the next day and am still recovering!! No, I'm just kidding, but still. We were up from 7pm-7am. It was nuts. It was all in all a good night though. Not really any drama, which is unusual for 7th graders. Most of the youth is made up of 7th graders, and a few exeptions of 11th graders.
I was also house sitting over break. I always love to house sit..it gives me the experience of living on my own, without all the expenses. Its fun! Me and Maggie (the dog) got to relax and be lazy a lot!!
January 3rd I stayed the night with the Woods and Loren. I LOVE them all so much and am so blessed to know them!! We stayed up ALL night playing wii..and from THAT I still AM recovering!! My legs are still sooo sore! Its always nice to fellowship and have fun with people you love.

Seth
Okay so theres this boy named Seth. I have had a burden for him since the moment I layed my eyes on him. I have prayed for this boy more times than I can count. Most of my troubles started in the summer.
Seth and I had started to become really good friends. We were hanging out all the time and getting to know each other really well. Well one day he calls me up and asks if I want to go shopping, and seriously, what was I gonna say? No?? I think not. So we go to Fayetteville and we are having a pretty good time until we get to about the 3rd store. It was Hot Topic. Which, if you know me, is not a store that I regularly go into. Well we were in there for about 30 mins when I started to get REALLY bored. And we were looking at the same stuff over and over again so I was like seriously lets go.
So we come to the next store which is Pac Sun. Same story. Well finally we come to Spencers. Once again, not a store I frequently enter. Well we were seriously in there for like 45 mins before I was like.."okay Seth, seriously, can we leave this store? We've been in here forever!" and he got really upset with me and started yelling saying that I didn't care about him blah blah blah. I was like okay whatever just hurry up. Well by this point I was really starting to get annoyed. Thats when I started to notice workers were following us around and I really started to freak out. I was like "Seth, they are starting to follow us around." This really bothered him, he was all like "Don't you ** trust me, blah blah" cursing at me. I was just like "whatever, if you want me I will be sitting outside." Well I waited and he never showed, so I went back in and they had him in the back for shopplifting. I was livid!! I was like you have GOT to be kidding me!! After I have befriended him, he goes and does this to me?! Seriously.
Then he has the nerve to try and commit suicide that night. Of all the selfish things. To take your own life. That is the most selfish act someone can make. NOTHING in your life is ever bad enough for you to take your life. I'm sorry but its true. Even in my darkest of days, I would never have done it. I would cut myself, but I would never ever try to kill myself.
But anyway long story short. He hasn't improved. He is sitting in jail right now. I am just so angry with him!! He has the nicest parents that you could have. He just screws them over again and again.
My prayer for him is that the Lord takes a hold of him and shakes him so badly that he will only know that it was the Lord who did it. Just for the Lord to lead him in the right direction. To appreciate his parents and what they do for him. And most of all that if he isnt saved, that the Lord would open his heart. Make him know that he isnt saved and make him repent of his sins.
Through God and God only can a person truely make a life change. This is what I pray for Seth.

I Love Weekends!!
Wow weekends are nice. This weekend was absolutely amazing!! No babysitting!! whooo!!!
On friday we had a fifth quarter which was really fun. We went bowling with the youth kids which is always a joy...haha....that was a bit sarcastic but not much!! Seriously though it was good. I only had a 108 and 116 but it was okay. The best thing about friday is that I only had to work for 3 hours which is nice considering all the things that are going on there.
On saturday all I did was have a lazy day with Sara Wood and Breanna. I loved it. Well then around 3:30 I went to Ethan's football game (which they won!!!) with Sherri, Kenzie, and JT. Its always fun to hang out with friends and watch football. :)
Then today, Sunday, we had church which was a different service order than we are used to. I thought that it went really well but thats just me. Our songs were very worshipful and awesome!!! Although I am struggling a little. I am supposed to be learning harmony, and I swear it will be the death of me!! It is sooo hard!! My whole life I have sung melody and now all of a sudden I'm supposed to learn it!? Ugh...its just frustrating. Then tonight we all went to mazzios which was DELICIOUS! We went with the Varbles, Woods, Hills, Lou, Sara T, Jordan T, Breanna, Jared, and Justin. It was fun.
This weekend I also learned that I will be going home (wisconsin) for Thanksgiving. I am very excited about it!! I really am going to pray hard that the Lord will give me the knowlegde and the wisdom to talk to my friends about salvation. I'm not a hundred percent sure if any of them have ever really heard the Gospel. So that is something that I am really looking forward to. I pray that they listen!!!
